IdeaLocation is designed to assist businesses and individuals who are looking to locate a business in England.

The app provides the user with the ability to

The app presents data relevant to the process of setting-up business in a new location or relocating, with each region organised in to three sections: Population, Employment and Workforce. Here the user can review an area's performance and compare them against other LEPs.

IdeaLocation was conceived to inform business decision leaders on investigating potential areas for their business. The recently updated information enables users to compare and analyse the strengths of each region, and how appropriate the location is to their business needs.

IdeaLocation provides the first step in guiding you to locations that are right for your long term business goals and aspirations.

EWL have been providing high quality location assessment tools and advice for inward investors, UK property companies, Local Enterprise Partnerships and inward investment agencies throughout the UK since 1998. Our expertise in assessing and presenting information on all aspects of people and employer behaviour in the UK regions includes preparation of marketing data and publications including our 'Location Review' series for a variety of property developers and place marketing bodies. Our unique location datasets now fuel several of the UK's larger city-based inward investment teams and help an assortment of LEPs in their inward investment marketing activity.
